I have some great products in my albeit-ly still small makeup/ skincare/ beauty collection. Yet as great as they are, some just work so much better together. When beauty shopping, just as you do with clothes, you have to think about what you already have in your wardrobe. If you're on a budget you don't want two products that do the same thing, but you want your products to compliment each other so you get more value and wear out of what you have. In honour of thrifty techniques, I thought I would share my favorite combos of the moment from my stash.
This combo makes my lips the perfect pale coral with a hint of sparkle. The perfect summer lip jam.
My current nail painting base and top coat. I wasn't a fan of the Seche Vitte, as I found it made my nail varnish shrink up, so I'm giving this a try. Orly's Bonder is a good cheaper dupe for the CND Stickey Base Coat.
I love the coverage and SPF of this BB Cream, but it does give a dewy finish that can err on the side of shiny. This powder is the perfect light and mattifying partner for a more even complexion.
My skin just feels so clean and refreshed after using both of these together. One combo I'll be rushing out to buy again when used up.
